Samsung UE55H6800AW troubleshooting manual
I work with TVs at an electronics store, and I’m currently dealing with an issue with the UE55H6800AW model. A customer is complaining about picture problems and occasional glitches. He wants heis TV back as soon as possible. But, there’s a long wait at the Samsung service center right now. If we send the TV there, it will be there for at least two months. So I wanted to figure out the problem myself, but I haven't had much success so far. I found a manual on manualmachine.com that has a service guide for this series. I followed all the recommended troubleshooting steps, but that didn't solve the problem. Is there more detailed information available online for this model, or if the basic steps didn't help, would it be better to not try to fix it myself and just send it to the specialists?

If the basic steps in the manual didn’t work, the problem is likely at the motherboard or component level. If the problem is the T-CON or the power supply, you can try a few things. However, if the problem is the motherboard, it’s better not to take any chances. This is especially true if it’s a customer’s TV because you could make it worse and then have to take responsibility.
